Refund Policy

Underdog Games offers a no-questions asked refund policy. Don't like your product? Let us know and we will refund your order. You don't even need to ship it back.

To apply for a refund, we only require a receipt or proof of purchase (search your email for your order confirmation from Underdog Games: contact@underdoggames.com). Once you have sent us a refund request your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@underdoggames.com.

Sale items

Sale price items are only refunded at their sale value.

Missing or Broken Components

If you have missing or broken components in your game please give a detailed description of what items you need replaced in the message section below. Include your name, address, phone number, and your online order number(if you have one).
